my first webserver
Posted: 10. April 2006 10:32I have only few experiences. I have installed ubuntu and xampp. I want to connect to webserver from other computer. Ping is OK but http://IP adress is not function. What have I to do?

are you behind a router? (if so your ip would look like 192.168....
if yes, you have to use port forwarding...
also try if localhost works... (works only as test on your pc)
