Configuring sendmail to send mails via provider / Suse 9.3

Hi,

can anyone help me with configuring sendmail in Suse 9.3 to send mails through the mail server of my provider ? I found out that the mails send with php / sendmail are beeing rejected from other mailservers because of my dynamic IP.
I have DSL account from t-online and some mail accounts on 1und1 servers, if this helps.
