Apache Friends Support Forum

I heard that as of Apache 2.0 we could override the os speed and config speed our selves. Found a document but was in german. to save a file from http speed is aprox. 29k and even less. Had Redhat enterprise in in the psat and speed was 290k. Left Redhat and went with xampp and fedora core 4. Does anybody know the configuration for speed? also Proftp is also same speed.
