Server Hijacking

I'm having a few problems with xampp, the biggest problem is that anyone can point their domain to my server. Lets say that my domain is: www.mysite.com, no someone with the domain name www.hotlinker.com can show my content with their domain name, this really sux bigtime! is there any way I can fix this?
