hi

i'm trying to run xampp with damn small linux on qemu with 2k as a host system.

i have a remaster that includes everything inside opt, except the logs, etc and htdocs which i've moved to a writable drive image.

i've put sym links inside the opt/lampp folder pointing to /home/dsl/logs , /home/dsl/etc/ and /home/dsl/htdocs and have run into some problems

despite mysql and proftpd starting, apache refuses to start

all i get is error 139: couldn't start apache
and the diagnose problem doesn't have a clue either!

i get this problem if i run it in dsl 1.2.1 or 1.4.

though, i have a harddrive installation of dsl 1.2.1 and xampp works fine

this is driving me nuts! if any one can help i'd be very happy!
