LAMPP default page lost

Postby Bill » 06. August 2005 16:08

Hi

I installed LAMPP on a Ubuntu system. Everything was ok until I set some namevirtual hosts. Now I can't reach the default LAMPP page with http://localhost. Instead I reach the first vhost listed in httpd.conf.

I know that I can reach phpmyadmin with http://localhost/phpmyadmin.
What can I do to have the default page again ?

Here is an exerp of httpd.conf :

NameVirtualHost *

<VirtualHost *>
DocumentRoot /opt/lampp/htdocs/vsite1.com/www
ServerName www3.vsite1.com
</VirtualHost>

HOSTS file :

127.0.0.1 locahost.localdomain localhost Pingouin
192.168.2.3 www3.vsite1.com vsite1

Thanks
Bill

You have read the documentation (Apache manual) about namebased virtualhosts?
