Virtual server question

I have a pupular website runing on xampp (the latest) everything is working pretty stable, however I have some problems with other sites that can use my ip (thus content) on their domain name, is there any way to make apache listen to only 1 hostname (ex. www.mysite.com) so that all other requests are denied?
