XAMPP include and library directories? (Postfix mysql build)

Hello,

I am trying to build Postfix with Mysql database plugins. This requires references to mysql include and lib directories, and I can find minimal lib dirs and no include dirs for mysql in my 1.4.9a XAMPP installation.

How do I proceed with this task? Must I find a mysql 4.0.21 source distribution and use it as reference for my Postfix build? I hope not, for this task seems difficult.

I'm hoping to get a reference to some package I can install into the 1.4.9a extraction so as to make my Postfix work.
