Upgrading from php 4.3.10 to 4.3.11

Hi, I am having troubles with MSSQL on php 4.3.10 and would like to upgrade to the 4.3.10 build that has the fix. How do I go about doing this without hurting anything else in my lammp install?

I'm really not a linux guy at all, so the easiest, step by step instructions would be appreciated.
