getting the file itself index.php

Postby argie01 » 01. April 2005 11:02

Hello,

I'm running Xamp 1.4.9 on Ubuntu.
I'm trying to run a php website, but everytime I write the url Firefox (or IE6) shows me an screen to save the file index.php4 (wich is the index page of my web). I mean, Apache doesn't try to execute the file, but instead try to donwload it.
I'm using php 4, and the modules php4_module and php5_module in httpd.conf are activated.

Anyone can help me, please ?
Thank you !
