access forbidden

hello again, i sucseffuly uploaded the SQL file, the site in it's place, all set,

but still - every time i try to connect to it (it's a local site),

i get:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

If you want help -

you probably should describe what it is you are trying to access, and what the URL you are using is...

I sincerely hope what you really mean is "I IMPORTED the MySQL data from a .SQL file", not that you uploaded a .sql file"
