Apache Friends Support Forum

I think I installed everything correctly, ran the installer etc. but when I open localhost, it asks me to log in! I tried to "root" and no password but to no avail. Both the start service for apache and the start service for mysql are bombing. What do I do?

Also, how do I install postnuke?
