Error Occurs Every Time XAMPP is Closed

Dear XAMPP Forum Administrators,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am encountering with XAMPP. Every time I attempt to close XAMPP, it throws an error. A error window pops up, and it takes an extended period to close. Eventually, I am forced to close the error window using CTRL+ALT+DEL and the task manager.

Here are the specifications of my system:
