if you've done every single toturial on youtube and it still does not work, then what you need to do is to go to your mysql config.ini, do ctrl f and make sure you are changing the port on the actual part of the ini that is actually code and not an example, the thing is, i was getting this error because i was editing the toturial text inside the config file, so try that and come back to me if you get any results or if you've fixed the issue already, i might as well answer this now because for some reason i cant find this specific solution on youtube :P

Mine did the same thing today. I was able to fix it by doing steps 2 and 3 from this site - https://tonjoo.com/error-mysql-shutdown-unexpectedly/
