MySQL starts but drops after 20 secs

Hi all,

From XAMPP Control Panel v3.3.0, I start Apache, and then MySQL. After about 20 secs, MySQL drops. Does anyone have an idea why this could be happening? I added the log from XAMPP below:

I have had exact the same problem. Why, I do not know.
The windows event viewer gives a lot of errors, it looks like crashing
Only solution was a new install and start over. Lost a bloody lot of time and data
