Cannot install xampp-win32-1.8.1- VC9 Installer
Posted: 22. February 2024 18:35For some reason lately, I cannot install 1.8.1 xampp. I have user account control settings turned off. I am an admin account, I run it as admin and it says it is blocked. I can run 7.1.7 just fine. Why would one be blocked but not the other?
