I am wondering when the new 8.3.x version will be released. PHP 8.3.2 is out already, and I would like to use the latest PHP with XAMPP (Windows). Thank you.

What does not work with 8.2? Which Software requires 8.3 and does not run with earlier releases?

XAMPP has never and will never have scheduled release plans.
