MySQL is not working anymore

Helllo,

I have XAMPP downloaded in my Windows because I use to to activate my local host LimeSurvey for research data collection. It was working perfectly fine, but now it doesn't after updating my laptop. I only need to activate Apache and MySQL and here is the error:

Please help me what to do?

1. open xampp/mysql/data
2. stop apache from running
3. delete this file in data folder(aria_log_control)
4.exit file manager
start apache and mysql

And in future, run Apache and MySQL as "Service" (see the Options in Xampp Control Panel). This (and only this) avoids crashing your database when you shutdown your PC.
