PHP and mysql details match Xampp 8.2.12

Dear all,

I am new to Xampp 8.2.12 PHP/8.2.12

My production server is PHP 8.1 or above and Mysql 5.7 above.

My test environment is XAmpp 8.2.12 php/8.2.12

is this sufficient for production and testing environment

will the versions match.

Kindly clarify.
