error at startup Apache and MySQL

Windows10Pro 64bits

I installed xampp 8.2.12
on Windows10 Home no problem
BUT
on W10Pro I receive the following messages:

APACHE :

Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
If you need more help, copy and post this
entire log window on the forums

MySQL :

Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.

I tried by modifying port 80, it's the same
and on the other hand xampp lite works very well



but I would like to use the full version to use wordpress and php the lite version shows me this message
Your server is running PHP version 5.6.40 but WordPress 6.4.1 requires at least 7.0.0.

Thank you in fact the application was on a USB key, and it did not work I had to install the complete application otherwise I did not have the authorization requests otherwise Apache and MySQL were blocked by the Windows firewall

Yep Only have to rebuild the database I was working on. Salvaged the others. On the bright side I'm taking the opportunity to update xampp and make several "do it next time" improvement to my software. Yet another reminder to backup everything and often.
