Xampp v3.3.0 in Windows 8.1(64bit) Apache Error pcre2-8

Good day everyone. It is my first time installing xampp on my windows 8.1 64 bit laptop. I installed it successfully, but when I start Apache I got an error regarding the procedure entry point "isspace" could not be located in the dynamic link library d:\xampp\apache\bin\pcre2-8.dll how do I fix this? Please help me I really need to have Xampp on my windows so that I can do my School Project. What should I do? Even when I install newer/latest version I still got the same error.
