Xampp Version issue - Maria DB

Hello
i'm using moodle on windows server
with xampp webserver

i wouls like to upgrade moodle version from 4.1 to 4.3

but i have issue with web server (xampp)

the new version of xampp have "MariaDB 10.4.28"
but for moodle version 4.3 the requirement maria version 10.6.7

so how to solve this issue ,

Wait until Xampp includes MariaDB 10.6.7 - or dont use Xampp and install Apache, PHP, MariaDB separately and dont use Xampp (its not that difficult).
