Very new to XAMPP.
I have XAMPP running
I was notified that a certificate has expired.
Have no idea how to install a new cert, no instructions.

If possible I would like to reinstall XAMPXX without the Certificate requirement.

Can this be done?

Xampp does not require any certificate.

Yes, I know that is not required but how do I install XAMPP on a new PC and bring over all the required data and SQL without bringing over the certificate??
