MySQL Shutdown Unexpectedly In XAMPP

I've been using XAMPP for my local WordPress projects for years and it's very useful but I've been experiencing serious problems with my productivity for months. Basically every time I install XAMPP and do some work after a while I always get the same ugly error "MySQL Shutdown Unexpectedly In I have to jump through hoops every time to get back to work. Why does all this happen?

Same here!
Ever since on Win 11.
Win 10 does not have this problem.
Maybe need to migrate all my SQL databases back to my old laptop with Win10.

Any suggestion out there?
