Hey guys,
I was searching for a long time, any idea where I could get this file ? Or the .so one ?
I downloaded the pecl tar but there is no dll in that folder..

these are the official dlls
https://pecl.php.net/package/memcached/3.2.0/windows
as you can see there is no dll available for PHP 8.2
