Change default apache directory index page

I'm new to the forum, I take this opportunity to say hello to everyone.
I have been using Apache for many years, and lately within XAMPP, which makes management much easier.
It took me a little while to create a page as simple as a directory with the contents of a folder (I'm talking about Windows), but I've already achieved it and it's working.
My question is about the layout of the page. The format of the index output page is very sober (see attached image), and I would like to change it a little, improve it, and above all make the file name column wider, so that there is almost no room for the names.
Can someone help me, considering that my knowledge is average?
