PROBLEM WITH XAMPP (PORT 80, 443) [RESOLVED]

Hello, I have been trying to solve the port problem for a long time since I cannot use xampp. I tried many methods but I can't find the solution. I tried opening ports, reinstalling the program, changing the program's default port and still no solution. It remains in the message "Attempting to start Apache service..." help! since I can't work on my projects.

reading the file 'error.log' I find these answers:
