403 forbidden Mysql

Hey im using xampp 8.2.4 and have to use mysql for school but i keep getting this message when i try to open phpmyadmin.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Apache/2.4.56 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1t PHP/8.2.4 Server at localhost Port 80

Do u guys have any idea why?

Where did you install Xampp? Which path?
