Issue downgrading xampp (to go from php 8.2.0 to php 8.0.0)

Hi,

I followed the steps outlined here (identical to multiple youtube videos) :

I used xampp-windows-x64-8.0.0-0-VS16.zip (2020-12-03) found here :

My XAMPP folder lies on my C: drive.

Here are the error messages I am getting :



I looked at the Windows Event Viewer, but I am not sure what to check and what went wrong.
