Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

WordPress Site Health Status reports that "one or more modules are missing":
- gd - required
- imagick, zip & intl - optional
If WordPress requires GD, then why is it not installed in XAMPP by default?
Similarly, why are imagick, zip & intl not installed either?
I do know how to edit the PHP.INI file to enable these.

Because XAMPP is not specifically for WordPress. I ran WordPress locally without needing any of the packages mentioned. I simply ignored the site health information, as these were all local sites, and XAMPP is not intended for public sites.
