SERVER ISSUES

So i use vscode as my text editor to code php, whenever i try to server a code on my browser which is chrome i am always getting an error message that the requested resource can not be found on the server and i have unistalled and reinstalled xampp but there is not change and the resource that can not be found is available on the system so i am very sure it is not a directory error

At the time the error occurs, what address does your chrome show on its address bar?
Is XAMPP Apache running?
