MySQL shutdown unexpectedly

Greetings all,

I see this is a common issue. I tried everything I could find on the internet, but nothing really works.
I managed to make MySQL work with the backup method, however I do not have a backup that is up to date.
Thing is I installed Wordpress like a week ago and I wrote some posts in this sandbox environment. During this night I suspect my laptop restarted because an update. When I woke up I got this infamous error.
This is the log file. I couldn't see any message of error that I could decifer in it.
Hopefully you could help me.
