Joomla 4 is not installed on the server XAMPP. Used different versions. Version 3 installed without problems. During installation, the following window will open.

Answer what? I do not see a question, but rather a bunch of statements. Ask a question, and you are more likely to get an answer, though not sure this is the best option for that, as last I checked, Joomla is not part of XAMPP, so perhaps a forum more related to Joomla is a better choice?

What is this statement? Specific question. I have been using HAMPP as a server for working with Joomla sites for 8 years. There were no problems with the Joomla 3 version. And version 4 is not installed. So I would like to know: HAMPP is not suitable for Joomla 4, or Joomla 4 is not suitable for HAMPP?
