no permission to access this resource

Hi,
I installedXAMPP/Apache and now I get the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.54 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1p PHP/8.2.0 Server at www.xxxxxxxx.de Port 443

In the error.log:

In my sources I have no favicon.ico referenced.
How can I give the access or better how can I change Apache that it uses http instead of https?

Unless you have configured SSL for Apache, http should work. For https to work, you would need a certificate for the site.

I believe the favicon is being accessed by your browser, so that it can display that for the site. It requests the favicon and continues on its merry way if none is returned.
