Add web application to website

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and have a question!
I used xampp version 3.3.0, I have a working website pointed to a domain. I have an application to the site and I want to add it to the site

The application is at the ip address, for example, 192.168.88.20:8082
The site opens for example mysite.com
I want the application to open at example: mysite.com/app

Can it be done and how?

Lets see basic english. For example:

That man drives a mercedes.

Now we replace subject, predicat and object:

The site opens mysite.com

WHAT???? How does a "site" open a domainname??
