aria_chk -r on all Aria tables and delete all aria_log.######## files.

If you still have an error around "Could not open mysql.plugin", add skip-grant-tables to the configuration. Run mariadb-upgrade.exe --force. And remove the skip-grant-tables and restart.

Besides telling us that, your message is about as useful as the first. Not much else to say at this point. I suggest that you and the original poster do a bit of searching here in the forum and in other forums. Seem's a bit helpless, and lazy to ask for anyone to figure out what you or anyone else wants with this kind of stuff.
