AWS EC2 PSscript fail with C:/XAMPP/ctlscript.sh on windows

Hello guys,

I've problems installing xampp version on AWS EC2 instances via. AWS codepiple-codebuild. We used this method several months ago with success but now i got this.

amazon-ebs.this: Error copying file from packed archive C:/Windows/Temp/xampp-portable-windows-x64-7.4.33-0-VC15-installer.exe to C:/XAMPP/ctlscript.sh
amazon-ebs.this: Abort
amazon-ebs.this: There has been an error.
amazon-ebs.this: Unable to copy file

And all the build process is stopping and terminating AWS instance in the pipeline.
Have you ever faced this problem in the forums, only two thread was found in this topic without answer.
