Xampp is too slow responding

Hello Folks,

I am using Xampp 8.1.12, I am facing slowness while getting response. I am not using any additional modules etc. My system configuration is also high. 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD, Core i7.

What is meant by "slow"?
Where is Xampp installed?
