XAMPP MYsql & Apache attempting to start

I have built a website using XAMPP version 7.2.3 & CODEIGNITER_VERSION = '3.1.9'.

However, recently I upgraded to XAMPP version 8.1.12 & CODE_IGNITER_VERSION = '3.1.13'.

But when double clicking "xampp-control" I get these results;
6:09:39 am [Apache] Autostart active: starting...
6:09:39 am [Apache] Attempting to start Apache app...
6:09:39 am [mysql] Autostart active: starting...
6:09:39 am [mysql] Attempting to start MySQL app...

I have Googled many times & did try changing in httpd.conf file ServerName localhost : 80 to ServerName localhost : 81 & 8080 & also Listen 80 to Listen 81 & 8080 but no improvements.

Has anybody got the real solution?
