The phpMyAdmin configuration store is disabled. Find out why

Hi, I am Dutch and a n00b if it concerns Xampp version 3.3.0.
In dutch I get the message in my database (serveral in there) The phpMyAdmin configuration store is disabled. Find out why.
But if I find out why I really don't understand what to do...
I have to create a database with the name phpmyADMIN and set the phpMyAdmin configuration store there.
