Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

Hello, everytime im trying to start Apache this error appears, really need help. Tried changing Ports already.

The ERROR Log also tells this:

Tried changing Ports already.

Why did you do that? Don't just change the port, don't just do anything, that's total nonsense. You will only make the problems worse.

Aha, as you can see, there is a problem with your vcruntime.dll. You have an older DLL than needed (14.14 instead of 14.29).
