MySQL database Problem

Hello I am not able to get into my vBulleting db.... when I go to my status pg at xampp/index.php I get this

MySQL database - DEACTIVATED

PHP - ACTIVATED

HTTPS (SSL) - ACTIVATED

Common Gateway Interface (CGI) - ACTIVATED

Server Side Includes (SSI) - ACTIVATED

I has been a while since I have used it locally but I don't think I have changed any thing. any help on how to fix this would be great.
