How do I switch to non TS PHP? I have tried it out but without success.

You need to download the NTS version of PHP and include this version by CGI/FCGI/FastCGI interface.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

What does "include by fastcgi" mean?
Please tell me steps how do I do that.

You don't seem to be familiar with how to configure PHP into Apache properly.
That is what XAMPP is made for. It is a preconfigured Webserver Stack already including Apache and PHP, so that beginner users don't have to do that.

May i ask you why you even want to change to NTS version?
