Why i cant download the XAMPP, any version
it says it will automatically download but nothing happens, then i manually click here if the download is not starting also cant download, helppp

I just tried one of the links and XAMPP downloaded without issue. I can think of two possible issues, as I have encountered this sort of thing with downloads (not XAMPP) in the distant past.
1. A browser extension that is blocking the download
2. You have disabled JavaScript in your browser

You mentioned clicking the link for when the automatic download does not work. That link leads you to a set of links categorized for different environments. Select the folder that matches your intended environment. After that you have to select a folder related to the version you want, and finally you can pick the type of download.
