Apache does not start for no exact reason (not about ports)

I just reinstalled XAMPP and Apache worked for quite a short time, When suddenly, the program itself stopped working, I tried to run it again.
Following the attempt of trying to turn it on, the server reported an unexpected error. I have checked the entire log, with no sign of any issue at all. I have changed all of the ports, so don't think this is very easy. If anyone knows how to fix this error, please tell me.
I am running XAMPP (afaik) v3.3.0 with Apache 2

What is meant by "I just reinstalled XAMPP"?
Do you have 2 Xampp Installations? Or only one?
Where did you install the reinstalled Xampp?

Did you do any changes to httpd.conf? Can you show us your httpd.conf? And where is it stored?
