MySQL and aria tables crashed

I've been creating a simple site with WordPress and XAMPP. Everything was fine until one day I couldn't start MySQL in XAMPP. Error below. I have no idea why that happened. I've read something about aria tables and fixing them but then I downloaded mariadb heidisql I had no idea how to use it. The good thing is I made a copy of xampp folder one month ago when my site was running well but I think, I'll create another topic how to use the folder to restore my data.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
