Uninstall XAMPP leaves phpMyAdmin/tmp/twig/* folder

During uninstall the ./phpMyAdmin/tmp/twig/ folder is not deleted. There is no need for this folder to be retained.

My suggestion is you just delete it. Lots of applications leave bits around when uninstalled.
