MySQL shutdown uexpectedly

i have the same problem. I followed the instruction above and here's the response.

Or do you have a different mysql/MariaDB server running?

please start your XAMPP control panel with elevated administrator rights (rightclick -> run as Administrator) and post us the complete contents of the log messages there.

I faced the same problem, and had found a temporary solution(maybe permenant) for it,
First of all, from XAMPP>htdocs>[your_website_folder] move/copy this folder in some other drive. Then move/copy XAMPP>mysql folder also to other drive, then uninstall XAMPP and reinstall it, and now move that folders(which we've backuped previously) to the same location except mysql folder, instead of moving the whole folder just move/copy folder XAMPP>data> [your_website_name] folder and XAMPP>mysql>data>ibdata1 file. Then check by starting Apache and SQL server it should work now.
