my database keeps crashing - i dont understand the log file

my database crashed
i had lots of errors in the log file
i tried the following fix.

Open your folder "\xampp\mysql\data"
Delete the file "multi-master.info"
Delete all files beginning with "master-"
Delete all files beginning with "mysql_relay-bin-"
Delete all files beginning with "relay-log-"
Delete all files beginning with "ib_logfile"
Delete all files beginning with "aria_log."

and this helped get the database back up again

but id like to solve this as this is a recurring problem
what do you think is causing my database to crash

why do you think my database is corrupt??
