I find copying and pasting bits from the XAMPP Console is not overly useful in getting help.

So, other than just copying and pasting and coming up with a subject, what steps have you taken? From the above...

There are a number of things that could be involved, and you would do well to gather some details, and do a bit of digging. Good luck.
